I am a 48 yr. Physician and have
been in private practice for 22 years. During that time my patients
have asked me just about every question imaginable. One question from
a long time patient seemed to have a very simple and obvious answer.
She asked me what made her "wet the bed during sex". I,
of course gave her the stock answer of urinary stress incontinence.
She looked at me and said quit confidently that it wasn't urine and
she didn't have this so called incontinence at any other time. She
also said this had been happening with her orgasms since her wedding
at a very early age. She said she had raised 3 kids and knew urine
stains and smell when she saw it. The look of certainty on her face
was like granite, she obviously knew something her Dr. didn't. My
interest was peaked immediately and I began to scan the literature
and read the works of Dr. Grafenburg et al.
What I found was quite provocative and enlightening. I now recognize
the phenomenon of Female Ejaculation and have, I believe, determined
the sequence of events there in. Most women experience orgasm through
stimulation of the clitoris. Women are also sensitive to stimulation
of certain areas of the vagina. On such area is now commonly called
the G-Spot. The G Spot is located, on most women, about 2" into
the vagina on the anterior, or top wall as the woman is laying on
her back.
The G Spot is also called the Urethral Sponge. There is a rather interesting
anatomical arrangement here. The G Spot is formed by a structure called
the Paraurethral, or Skene's gland. This structure consists of small
sacks, or vesicles which are in close proximity to and in fact surround
the urethra. There appears to be great individual variation among
women as to the size and numbers of these vesicles just as there are
variations in breast, nose, ear, etc., sizes. These vesicles are connected
to and open into the urethra through the Paraurethral Ducts mostly
in the distal, or outer 1/3 of the urethra. Stimulation of the Paraurethral
Gland causes the lining to secrete a fluid into the sac-like structures
where it accumulates. The longer the stimulation, the more fluid is
produced and stored in the vesicles. As this build up of fluid occurs,
the G Spot will begin to increase in size, or swell. The G Spot, or
urethral sponge may expand greatly, up to the size of a walnut or
more. This expansion occurs downward into the vagina and is readily
apparent as a bulge. The spot becomes quite firm to the touch because
of the volume of fluid contained in response to stimulation. A rather
interesting thing happens as stimulation to orgasm occurs. The Pubococcygeous
Muscle, or PC muscle rhythmically contracts, and if strong enough,
will constrict the barrel of the vagina. This muscular constriction
actually squeezes the G Spot and forces the contained fluid to be
pushed through the paraurethral ducts into the urethra from which
it exits. If the PC muscle contraction is forceful enough, the ejaculate
may be expelled for some distance, or if weaker contraction occurs,
the fluid may simply flow out of the urethra with little force and
may appear to be just leaking out.
Some women expel huge quantities of fluid and the question arises,
how can all this fluid be stored in the vesicles of the Paraurethral
Gland. The answer is, it's not all stored. As stimulation continues,
the gland will continue to produce fluid which may be almost continuously
released, or stored again for a short time after which it may be forcefully
expelled. This is similar to the Parotid, or spit glands. If you've
ever bitten into a dill pickle you may have felt the contraction of
these small glands in your jaw. And everyone has experienced their
mouths "watering" at the sight or smell of food at times.
These small glands can produce gallons of saliva a day and the Paraurethral
Gland can also produce relatively large amounts of fluid, perhaps
up to a cupful. The composition of this fluid has sparked a rather
lively debate. I have done no formal analysis on this liquid. However,
my wife has experienced FE for some time now and my informal tests
using urine dip sticks reveal no urine component. This is confirmed
by the lack of urine smell, even after her eating of asparagus to
provide an informal marker with it's rather strong and distinctive
smell. My conclusion is, it isn't urine, although I'm not sure what
it's chemical makeup is as I've never had it analyzed.
There is a great deal of discussion on this board as to how to "make
a women ejaculate". The answer is, you can't. I repeat, You CAN'T.
If you try to force her, you can be assured it won't happen. You must
ALLOW her to FE. This is best done in a loving, considerate relationship.
That takes time, commitment and an understanding of the physiology.
My wife and I decided we wanted to experience FE and began to sensitize
her G Spot and strengthen her PC muscle. For PC strengthening I recommend
the Kegelmaster 2000. This device can be ordered on the net and has
worked well for my patients to combat true incontinence. It works
much better and faster than traditional Kegel exercises. To awaken
and sensitize the G Spot I have found the Sybian machine, also on
the net, to be far and away the most effective method. If this is
beyond your means, use your fingers, dildo, etc. We have become somewhat
enamored of the sybian because of its unique ability to stimulate
both the clitoris and G Spot concurrently. It is not generally known
but the G Spot and clitoris are supplied sensation by different nerves.
That is why there are different types of female orgasms , clitoral
and vaginal. Most women will respond to G Spot stimulation differently
than clitoral. When these two different nerves are stimulated at the
same time a resonance is created between them as more and more nerve
fibers are recruited and send pleasure signals to the brain. There
is a cumulative effect which is very pleasurable. So my advice to
men who want "to meet a squirter" is to form a loving relationship
with your woman, follow the above advice, and let FE develop naturally.
In short, do your homework.! If you take a predatory outlook you will
not be pleased with your results. Be positive, loving, considerate,
have fun and ENJOY EACH OTHER. Welcome to the wonderful world
of Female Ejaculation.
