Your wife might have complicating factors, such as several syndromes which effect FE. Other factors which irritate the orgasim are some antidepressants and some NSAIDs.
I have been with over 1000 women and about 95% can have an orgasim and about 89% ejaculate. Muscle tone, mental state, etc. play into this as well.
