It is my belief that any girl can FE...no question. But FIRST, there are some rules I've found. You must be involved, no one night stands, unless she FEs already. By involved I mean emotionally, spiritually, and sexually...it MUST be comfortable for first time FEr's. Hence you must have a connection. That is a big, big plus...you are more than half way home.
