I don't know if this will help, but I had an experience recently that may have been a prostatic orgasm, although since there is so little info on the subject, I'm not sure exactly what happened.
After prolonged stimulation of my prostate, I felt that familiar sensation just before something is about to pass through the urethra. Remembering all that I've learned from reading about female ejaculation, I ignored the urge to hold back and just let go. A large amount of fluid came out that was definitely not semen. I thought that maybe I had peed, but 1) I had just peed 15 minutes before, 2) I peed again not so long after,3) it didn't at all smell like urine. The feeling was intense and allusive, not unlike a climax. I have found no info to help me understand what happened, but I'll keep looking. Hope that I helped.
